Thriving with peak energy levels at any age
It's not until you experience a drop in your usual energy levels that you truly grasp their significance. Having recently battled through a bout of COVID and swiftly followed by another viral illness, I've really felt the impact of not having my usual energy and vitality on both my physical and mental well-being.
The exhaustion left me feeling frustrated and down that I was unable to do my regular activities.
Energy is the key to unlocking endless possibilities.
It empowers you to pursue your passions, and it enables you to be able to generate even more of it through exercise. When we prioritise our health and engage in regular physical activity, we can count on feeling energised every day.
Fatigue is the number one symptom I see in my clients. While it may not always be the primary reason they seek my guidance, it surfaces during comprehensive assessments of their overall health.
I'm struck by how many individuals resign themselves to living with subpar energy levels, whether they're below average, average, or just slightly above average.
Chronic fatigue shouldn't be normalised. It's entirely reasonable to expect consistent, robust energy levels each day, regardless of age.
I reject the notion that energy levels inevitably decline as we grow older. While our pace may slow with age, there's no inherent reason for us to settle for low energy levels as the norm.
If you struggle with low energy levels and want to uncover its root causes and methods for improvement, then that requires further investigation. Work with an experienced practitioner that is able to explore all the possible causes of low energy for you.
